The competing institutions shall arrange transportation to and from the championships site. Participants in the NCAA championships located within 500 miles of the site of competition are required to travel via ground transportation rather than by air unless an exception is granted. Arrangements to transport teams or individuals via commercial or charter aircraft must be made through the NCAA travel service.
