Fitness Center
General: Opened
during the fall of 2002, the Fitness Center offers more
than 100 pieces of exercise equipment to student-athletes and
dues-paying members of the University community. The
cardiovascular area offers 25 pieces, which includes
treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes and
steppers. The selectorized area contains 26 machines,
providing opportunity to work both upper and lower body as well as
core muscles. Finally, the free weight area provides
more than 30 different lifting stations.
Availability: The Fitness Center is open to
all full-time College of Arts and Sciences students, free of
charge. Faculty, staff and administrators may utilize the
facility provided they enroll in the user fee program. Cost
is $15.00 for individuals and $20.00 for immediate family.
Membership activation forms are available at the reception desk in
the Fitness Center.
All Fitness Center users must have a current, valid University of Redlands ID upon entering the facility.

operation:
Spring Semester Hours
Monday-Thursday: 6 a.m.-11 p.m.
Friday: 6 a.m.-6 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 12 p.m.-6 p.m.
Additional Hours (during breaks, May Term, etc.)
Cost is $15.00 for individuals and $20.00 for immediate family. Membership activation forms are available at the reception desk in the Fitness Center.
