Eleven UR Football Players Earn SCIAC All-Academic Accolades
The Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) recently announced that 11 University of Redlands football players landed on the 2011-12 SCIAC Football All-Academic Team, which includes 40 members from the eight schools that sponsor football.
To be eligible for recognition on the SCIAC All-Academic team, a football player must have a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or better, completed one full academic year at his current institution, and have reached sophomore athletic eligibility.
