Redlands 800 Freestyle Relay Places 21st on Day 3 of NCAA Championships
The University of Redlands 800 freestyle relay team of freshman
Tyler Harp (San Bernardino, CA), sophomore Miran Terzic (Mostar,
Bosna i Hercegovina), junior John Floersch (San Jose, CA) and
senior Buddy Olds (Murrieta, CA) captured a 21st-place finish in
the 800 freestyle relay on Friday, the third day of the NCAA
Division III Swimming & Diving Championships, with a time of
6:59.10.
Redlands has a packed schedule on Saturday, finishing out the
championship meet with three individual entries and one competing
relay.
Harp, Terzic and Olds all swim the 100 freestyle while those three
along with Floersch spell out the 400 freestyle relay contingent.
Harp holds a 14 seed in the 100 freestyle while Terzic and Olds
possess entry rankings of 23rd and 50th, respectively. The Bulldog
400 freestyle relay team is seeded 11th and stands as the
team’s best chance to gain All-America status.
