U of R Women's Golf Competes at CSU San Marcos Invitational
Led by sophomore swinger Dalton Meade (Sandy, OR), the University of Redlands women's golf program put together a respectable showing at the Cal State University San Marcos Invitational during the past few days, finishing in fourth place overall. The Bulldogs' four golfers combined to shoot a combined two-round total of 707, just four strokes shy of breaking into the Redlands Top-10 all-time for team two-round totals.
Meade, who finished tied for fifth overall, shot a combined 15 over par. On a challenging course, she showed her dependability by notching solid rounds of 80 and 79. Over the course of the invitational, she tallied three birdies and 22 pars.
