Women’s 4,500 meters: 9:00 a.m.
Men’s 6,000 meters: 9:45 a.m.

Entries: Unlimited number of entries per team per race. Please e-mail list of entries by 12 noon on Wednesday, September 9. Send all possible entries. There will be no penalty for scratches.

Entry Fee: $50.00 per team per gender ($100.00 for both). Individual entries are $10.00. Make checks payable to University of Redlands Athletics.

Course: University of Redlands Quad and Sylvan Park
- Grass course with 3 brief road crossings.
- Public Safety officers will direct traffic to ensure safe crossing.
- Spikes are recommended.

Check-In: Packet pick-up begins at 7:30 a.m. near the start/finish line.

Course Maps: Women's or Men's

Shelter/Restrooms: There is ample grass and shade in the quad for teams to set up. Bathrooms are available in the Memorial Chapel near the start/finish line.

Results: Results will be available as soon as possible after the conclusion of each race. They will also be available at www.goredlands.com/sports/xc/2009-10/schedule

Directions: From I-10 eastbound: Exit at University Street and turn left at bottom of ramp. Turn right at Brockton Ave. then take the first right into the Memorial Chapel parking lot, which is behind the Quad

From I-10 westbound: Exit at Cypress Avenue. Turn left at bottom of ramp, turn right at University Street. Turn right at Brockton Ave. then take the first right into the Memorial Chapel parking lot, which is behind the Quad
